Given the current Lockdown restrictions, we are trying once again to minimise footfall to the surgery and prioritise urgent clinical work. Henceforth, blood tests will only be done on an urgent basis (if you already have a blood test booked, please do attend). Other ‘non urgent’ work such as routine health Checks will be postponed.
Rest assured, patients WILL still be seen face to face at the surgery (at the discretion of the doctor) if it is felt necessary for clinical assessment and treatment. Our doors have never been closed for our sick patients who need to be seen.
Some individuals in the highest at risk/clinical vulnerable groups may have already been contacted regarding the first COVID-19 vaccination.
Other patient groups will be contacted in time and prioritised according to clinical risk. We do not know exactly how/when this will be but we will keep you all informed.
Please do not call reception asking about the COVID-19 vaccination.
Our staff have been working very hard under a great deal of pressure. We understand this has been a very trying and frustrating time for many but abusive language/behaviour will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
Thank you for your continued support in this difficult time and we wish you all the very best for 2021.
