The surgery employs a policy of easy patient access to appointments and works to maintain access to a clinician within 24 hours or to any doctor within 48 hours. We provide a choice of different ways of consulting with a clinician and can offer doctor and nurse appointments at least four weeks in advance.
Patients are booked to see the doctor at 10 minute intervals. Please bear this in mind when making the appointment.
If you have a large number of problems to deal with, please discuss with the doctor whether you should come back for a further appointment at a different time.
